IZADI-NANO2INDUSTRY Results presented at NIL Industrial Day 2017 (Berlin (DE), 02-03 May 2017)
During the talk “Masters for replication of nanostructures – updates and recent trends”, NILT illustrated the results achieved in the framework of ESTCRATCH pilot activities.
The image below, presented on that occasion, shows six identical inserts which are polished by TOOL, imprinted by NILT and etched by CSA. The six inserts demonstrate that the manufacturing process is reproducible and that the partners involved can manufacture several inserts in a reproducible manner.
