Warrant Group S.r.l. is a privately held consultancy services company that provides full-spectrum consulting in business finance. Warrant Group has been active since 1995, growing over the years to become a leader in its sector today. WG is organized into seven divisions: Internationalization, Technology Transfer, Public Fundings, Entreprise Fundings, Human Resources, Advisory Bureau and European Funding Division (WG-EFD). All divisions work in synergy with an Engineering Department to give their clients the best support tools for the success of their business initiatives and to assist them in the preparation and management of strategic projects: business projects, research projects and technology transfer as well, under National and International support frameworks. In particular, the European Funding Division (EFD) provides industry and research with relevant means to compete at a global level, participating in the process of economic and social cohesion of the European Union. WG-EFD provides consultancy and support on European Funding opportunities, and in the preparation, negotiation and management of European Proposals, particularly on H2020 calls. EFD offers methodological and strategic consultancy for approach and participation in European research and innovation funding programmes, in a complete cycle from the analysis of the sectorial policies to the conclusion of the research and innovation projects. EFD moreover offers training activities and high specialisation consultancy calibrated on its customers’ interests and previous knowledge, and focused on its customers’ research and innovation strategies.
