During the talk “Injection moulding of nano-functionalized surfaces enabled by nanoimprint”, NILT illustrated the results achieved in the framework of ESTCRATCH pilot activities.
The image below, presented on that occasion, shows six identical inserts which are polished by TOOL, imprinted by NILT and etched by CSA. The six inserts demonstrate that the manufacturing process is reproducible and that the partners involved can manufacture several inserts in a reproducible manner.
